OK... Dr Horrible lab coat, second draft. I'm feeling pretty good about this one so far...
Using McCall's M2233. Piece #2 is folded over at the center front line, the collar is raised 1", and the length is extended by 12". Draft #1 was rather large in the front, and I was going to take another inch out of the center front, but now looking at the mockup compared with the pattern, it seems I perhaps folded over the first draft at the facing line, not the center front line, so I'll see how this turns out. - Nrg! Can't forget to cut half of #2 for the under-flap-thingy. And take .5" out of armhole.
Back piece #4 is extended 12", and that is all.
Pieces 6 & 7 have 4" taken off the end of the sleeve, to be replaced by the sleeve extension piece.
The facing follows piece #2. The shoulder part is 2.75" wide, and along the side it is 4.5" wide.
The collar (#5) is lengthened to 22" and should be rectangular, not curved.
- flat felled seams at shoulders go back onto back of coat.
