Jan. 4th, 2006 05:00 pmSo, in order to replace my MN driver's license, I need to sign the application form in the presence of a notary public. In order to witness my signature, a notary public needs me to present a picture ID.
The Arizona Motor Vehicle Division states that you become a resident of the state immediately upon beginning "Work in Arizona (other than for seasonal agricultural work)" - the Renaissance Festival, though seasonal, is not agricultural.
Thankfully, when my mother sends me a copy of birth certificate and my replacement financial cards, I will have the requisite 3 non-picture ID documents to obtain an Arizona ID.
I may still need to retest.
Yes, I am planning on getting a new passport after this.
