"Is their any other ways to CHAT with other rennys? I'm looking for way to get to know my fellow rennys before and after fest, is there a chat room or another site thay all hang out at? or another way to chit chat with them?"
My reply to her was:
"No. Given, a lot of rennies claim Minnesota as their home show, so I suppose it's possible that a fair number of those have greater access to things like houses and electricity while they're doing the Minnesota show (like me, for example), but for the most part a lot of them don't spend much time online, as that requires things like electricity and computers and the ability not to leave your shit on the floor of your tent because it'll get ruined after a heavy rainstorm."
That last part is very important. A surprising number of rennies lack that ability, due to space/organizational issues, absentmindedness, or because they're bliss junkies.
... I wonder at her phrase "my fellow rennies." Maybe she only spent one or two shows on the road.
