Just finished watching Stage Beauty, about a male actor who experiances a turn of fortune when King Charles II decides to allow women play the part of women on the English stage. Very much enjoyed it, though I would also concur with the qualms of the IMDB reviewer. It has reminded me that at some point I want to crossdress Elizabethan. Or Restoration, as that is the era when the movie is set. Just any time before Beau Brummell made mens clothes not pretty.

Ha! Beau Brummell died penniless and insane from syphilis! Mwahahahaha! I feel better now.
