Life is good. We're about to enter the three day weekend at work, and hopefully we have enough product to see us through.

Books: I just finished Falls the Shadow by Sharon Kay Penman. It's a great book; it reads like a history book, only with character development and such. Unfortunately, the local library system doesn't have the following book for me to follow Llewellyn's adventures, so instead I've picked up Churchill's Birth of Britian, Weir's War of the Roses, and a book of quotations about the Plantegenet rulers, as writen by their contempories.

Vehicle: I just went to the Ezee Park and Sell, where they have exactly the truck I want (except for being an automatic) for $6850.... a little out of my price range at present. Though my jewelry boss said he was interested in helping me pay for some of it, which is crazy and awesome and I have no details on that whatsoever, but that could possibly be a huge help. Still figuring on getting the truck in mid-March. My little car is still going strong.

I keep thinking about whether I do want a fifth wheel, or if I should just continue to tent for a while, and all that, but it is so nice living in a trailer, and pop ups are a pain in the arse, and I probably do want a truck anyway, for the ease of hauling stock and making me more valuable as a manager and all that... I dunno. Random babbling is me.

Laptop: The AC-in jack broke off the frame of my laptop, and I was just quoted $50 for the cost of a new bottom and install and all that, far cheaper than the other two places I called. So, if you're in the East Valley and need a laptop repaired, call CoosZone.

Financial: I actually get a refund this year, woo, though it will probably all be taken by the state of CO. I also qualified for the EIC for the first time since I started circuit, so that's a little wierd. I'd like to think it's because I've gotten better at recording expenses. I really like my new credit card - I put all my dental work on it last month (except for the last half of the crown), and got a $20 rebate this month! Of course, my next payment is huge, but at least it's $20 less than it would have been otherwise.

Have a great weekend, all!
