Curses! Foiled again!

Dr Horrible is here! Or at least, I *thought* my Dr Horrible costume was finished. I couldn't find white rain boots anywhere, so I tried painting regular black boots with Krylon Fusion white spray paint, which worked just fine for the PVC goggles, but it won't freaking dry on the boots! It's still tacky after 3 days, and I thought maybe it was just going to feel like that forever, so I packed everything in a bag and went to get some photos taken, and a bunch of the paint came off the boots onto the coat, pants, goggles, camera....*sigh*

So I need to see if the guy in the paint department has any suggestions for me on getting these boots done *before* the Funky Formal in two days.

Last week was the RESCU Rally, and I won an amazingly beautiful hat in the raffle! Now I need to make a new costume! And learn how to tie a cravat...
