Oct. 12th, 2011 11:40 pmToday I:
- Used a cordless rotary saw for the first time. Related: Yesterday, I bought a new cordless set (drill and rotary saw). The batteries for my old one barely held a charge.
- Made a handicapped ramp for my booth, with said cordless set.
- Made solid progress on making a parade banner. Letters are pinned and need to be sewed, then I need to put the back on and figure out how I want the banner to be held (hands, pole, etc).
- Did a lot of other little things at the booth, such as cleaning, painting, reorganizing, and directing my worker in cleaning, painting, and reorganizing :-)
- Worked roughly 12 hours. I may have actually only worked 10, what with wandering around wondering what to do next, and getting distracted by neighbors and chit chatting, but still.
Tomorrow I hope to get my shoppe somewhat decorated. Right now it looks like crap.
