Yay, depression

I finally found my planner again, so hopefully I'll get my life in order.

Saturday was a horrible, horrible, day for me, so in desperation I actually went out and bought St John's Wort. I'm hoping that will help matters too.

I didn't go to Convergence... I was feeling damn near paranoid about interacting with people (in person) - the one time I left the house this weekend I went "in disguise:" baggy layers, and a baseball cap with my hair all tucked inside it, so as to try and circumvent people from hitting on me, or even talking to me unnecessarily. My being crazy at the time probably helped.

Neat. Evidence for non-localized psychotropic disturbance As it also affected individuals in Chicago-land. If it makes you feel any better you've been a real boon to empathic studies :)

Ok it probably doesn't but it's fascinating to me -- and does alleviate some of the remaining tendrils of the weekends malaise.
